How do I get started?

Download Kila for iPhone from the App Store, open the app and follow the setup steps. Choose your learning language and skill level to begin.

Which languages can I practise?

Supported languages include German, Spanish, French and Italian. You can explore these languages in our learning guides; check the app for the current full selection.

How does AI conversation practice work?

You respond in your learning language and practise forming your own sentences. Kila also provides written corrections and separate pronunciation exercises. AI feedback can make mistakes.

Billing & Subscription

What are the current subscription options?

Check the App Store listing and the app for current prices, trial availability and usage limits. These may depend on your subscription and region.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage an Apple subscription through the subscriptions settings for your Apple Account. Contact Kila support if you need help identifying your purchase.

How do I request a refund?

For purchases billed by Apple, request a refund through Apple’s purchase support process. Eligibility is determined by Apple.

Account & Settings

How do I reset my password?

Use the password-reset option when signing in and enter your account email address. Follow the link in the reset email to choose a new password.

Can I learn more than one language?

Kila supports language-specific settings and progress. Select your learning language in the app to continue practising it.

How do I get help with my account?

Contact [email protected] with a description of the issue. Never send your password or a password-reset link.

How do skill settings work?

Kila supports skill settings from beginner through more advanced levels. These guide learning preferences; they are not a language qualification or a guaranteed exam result.

Can I track my practice?

Kila records learning activity and completed exercises. Review your progress in the app and use it to decide which skills to practise next.

AI Tutor & Conversations

How is pronunciation practice different from conversation?

Pronunciation exercises use a target word or phrase. Conversations let you form replies of your own. Written grammar corrections do not assess every aspect of speech.

Is AI feedback always correct?

No. Use it as a learning aid. Check uncertain expressions and important information with a teacher or another reliable language source.

Where can I read about my data?

The privacy policy explains the published data practices and contact details. Contact support if you need help with a data or account request.
