Learn Spanish for the things you want to say
Turn Spanish vocabulary into replies of your own. With AI conversations, writing feedback and pronunciation exercises, Kila gives you several ways to practise the same idea — from writing a simple sentence to saying it aloud.
Build a small, personal vocabulary
Choose words you actually need: the food you like, the place you live and what you do each day. Rather than memorising a long list, put a few words into a reusable frame. “Me gusta …” means “I like …”; try completing it with an activity you enjoy.
For a short introduction, start with “Me llamo …” (“My name is …”) and add one detail. These examples are suggestions for your own practice, not the names of specific Kila lessons. Use the app’s exercises to build vocabulary, then try producing a new answer without copying the example.
Connect verb forms to meaning
Spanish often communicates the subject through the verb itself. Compare “hablo” (“I speak”) with “hablamos” (“we speak”). Practising both in complete sentences helps you notice what changes, instead of treating each form as an isolated item.
Kila’s writing feedback can help you revisit a response and work on grammar. After a correction, change one part of your sentence — who is speaking, what they want or when something happens — and try again. A short answer you understand is more useful than a long answer you cannot reuse.
Keep an everyday exchange going
In conversation practice, begin with a clear purpose: introduce yourself, explain a preference or ask for information. Respond to the question before adding another detail. If you get stuck, practise asking “¿Puedes repetirlo?” (“Can you repeat that?”).
Pronunciation exercises provide a separate opportunity to work on a target word or phrase. Repeat it at a comfortable pace and pay attention to word stress. If you are returning to Spanish after a break, combine a short writing exercise with an AI conversation to find the words you recognise but cannot yet retrieve easily.
Questions about Spanish
Can beginners practise Spanish with Kila?
Yes. The app supports beginner skill settings. Keep your first responses short, and combine vocabulary and grammar exercises with opportunities to write or speak.
Can I practise Spanish pronunciation?
Spanish is supported by Kila’s pronunciation functionality. Pronunciation practice works with target words or phrases; it is distinct from receiving feedback on written grammar.
Does this page promise a specific Spanish dialect?
No. This page describes general Spanish learning and practice. It does not promise a particular regional accent or a separate dialect course.
